The 2020 NFL season is now 10 weeks old and the time is now to start picking up players from your fantasy football waiver wire and hoping they can help you secure a playoff spot. Every year a no name blows up in Week 1 and ends up being a top-50 fantasy football player over the remainder of the season. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the next big thing.

Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire Quarterbacks for Week 11.

Alex Smith, QB, Washington Football Team

Being in comeback mode definitely helped, but Smith went 38-for-55 for 390 yards against the Detroit Lions in Week 10. A great personal comeback story has yielded production, as Smith now has 715 passing yards over the last two games. He is also in line to keep it going.

In Week 11 Smith gets the Cincinnati Bengals who are a bottom-10 fantasy defense against quarterbacks. Six straight quarterbacks have multiple passing touchdowns against them, and four of them have topped 290 yards through the air (three with over 330 yards).

After that Smith gets a mix of good (Dallas Cowboys-Week 12, Seattle Seahawks-Week 15), middle of the road (San Francisco 49ers-Week 14, Carolina Panthers-Week 16) and tough matchups (Pittsburgh Steelers-Week 13).

Week 10’s 55 pass attempts are an obvious outlier for Smith, and it would be nice to see more touchdowns (one over the last two games). But he is a solid streaming option for Week 11 and Week 12, with viability in two-quarterback leagues from here on out.
