Now that we are past the midpoint of the regular season of the NFL, we are in the vital stretch of the season where championships remain in the horizon or never get closer for teams struggling as there’s just a month left before the playoffs start. Key teams on bye include Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons.

Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 9 Fantasy Football Kickers to Sit.

Dustin Hopkins, Washington Redskins at Buffalo Bills

Hopkins is and always has been a solid kicker but he’s just been on a bad Redskins team for too long. Last week against the Vikings, he finally reached double-digits for the first time since Week 1. It’s been a struggle to see him not get the chances but last week’s uptick in points is likely more a blip than a sign of more things to come. Plus the Bills have been very tough on kickers, as they’ve yet to allow a kicker more than one field goal in a game.
