Here are your Week 5 Fantasy Football Team Defenses to Start.

Tennessee Titans Team Defense vs. Buffalo Bills

While the Titans’ offense is a mess of inconsistency, the defense has been very stable. Holding all of their opponents to 20 points or less. They’ve racked up 13 sacks and forced six turnovers. They’ve scored in double-digits threee times, which is enough to get on the starts and streaming radars. Why could they have another good game?

The Bills are in trouble because their quarterback Josh Allen is in concussion protocol, which could mean Matt Barkley gets the start. He has played in 13 games since 2024–total–and has a 4-9 record and has just three games where he has thrown for more touchdowns than interceptions in each game, so he doesn’t exactly exude confidence. Even with Allen in there, the Bills have had trouble putting up points and the Titans have only given up eight total touchdowns all season.
