Week 11 has begun with a bang, or is it a swing of a helmet? We’re nearly done with the byes, with four teams on break: Green Bay, New York Giants, Seattle, Tennessee which takes out some quality running backs, some big time quarterbacks and some major receivers. Those holes need to be filled, hopefully with players on the bench but do they have the matchups? Luckily, that’s what we’re here for to help you set your lineups.

Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 11 Fantasy Football Team Defenses to Sit.

Denver Broncos at Minnesota Vikings

Denver has had moments of fleeting of strong defensive efforts. Weeks 5 and 6 come to mind. But even though they’ve kept both the Colts and the Browns under 20 points scores, they are not doing enough as far as the other things like turnovers, sacks, and scoring that makes fantasy team defenses post points. So the Vikings, despite whatever silliness that occurred within the team at the beginning of the season are a much better balanced offense now. Even with Adam Thielen missing these past few games, the offense is clicking on all cylinders and they’ve scored below 26 points four times. Kirk Cousins despite criticism has only thrown three picks through 10 games. He’s having a very good season and if he can keep that up and the team minimizes the fumbles, Denver doesn’t have a shot.
