Now that we are past the midpoint of the regular season of the NFL, we are in the vital stretch of the season where championships remain in the horizon or never get closer for teams struggling as there’s just a month left before the playoffs start. Key teams on bye include Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons.
Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.
Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.
Here are your Week 9 Fantasy Football Running Backs to Start.
PPR Alert: James White, New England Patriots at Baltimore Ravens
White continues to be a reliable flex start, despite the sometimes handful of touches he gets. Yes, it’s true, touchdowns have been elusive for White, just one on the season, but he’s still must for PPR leagues because he continues to average over 7.0 targets per game, 6.0 catches per game and 51.1 receiving yards per game. Those are good enough numbers that you can set a watch to, as he’ll never let you down, but he’ll also never get much higher than 9.0-11.0 fantasy points, even against the Ravens.
