Now that we are past the midpoint of the regular season of the NFL, we are in the vital stretch of the season where championships remain in the horizon or never get closer for teams struggling as there’s just a month left before the playoffs start. Key teams on bye include Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons.

Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 9 Fantasy Football Running Backs to Sit.

Mark Ingram, Baltimore Ravens vs. New England Patriots

The Ravens have one of the best run games in the NFL and it will be put to the test against the Patriots. A few backs have been able to gain yardage against them, but only with great volume (15+ carries) and know this, none have scored against them.

Lately, Ingram’s point production has been touchdown dependent. In his last four games, Ingram has not reached the 15.0 point plateau nor has he eclipsed 72 yards despite averaging 13.75 attempts per game within that four-week stretch.
