Now that we are past the midpoint of the regular season of the NFL, we are in the vital stretch of the season where championships remain in the horizon or never get closer for teams struggling as there’s just a month left before the playoffs start. Key teams on bye include Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons.

Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 9 Fantasy Football Quarterbacks to Sit.

Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans at Carolina Panthers

It took a great deal of time, but finally someone was able to dethrone Marcus Mariota in Tennessee and get the Titans back in the win column for two weeks in a row. It had fantasy owners diving into the waiver wire to pick him up against the Bucs last week. In his two tarts Tannehill has thrown five touchdowns and for 505 yards. A savvy move for sure, and so the waiver wire move would have been a valid one. But in Week 9, Tannehill should be far away from any starting roster. He’s facing a stingy Panthers defense that’s allowed just three quarterbacks to throw or score two touchdowns. Everyone else they’ve faced, has scored less.
