It’s time to put the right players forward and keep the ball rolling. Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

That said, the early part of the season can be a tough one since the preseason shows so little to go on. The complete NFL package get clearer and clearer with each passing week. Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 3 Fantasy Football Wide Receivers to Sit.

Brandin Cooks, Los Angeles Rams vs. Cleveland Browns

The Browns will pick their poison against the Rams and on paper it is likely that Cooper Kupp will be that guy because Denzel Ward is going to be locked in on Cooks a lot in this game, not entirely, but plenty. As the Rams’ speedster, Cooks has drawn James Bradberry in Week 1, then got the better of Marshon Lattimore in Week 2 on a few big plays. But the Browns have been good about shutting the opposing top receivers down. It’s just that the Rams’ second and third receivers are pretty good too. With just 10 targets and five receptions so far, I would look to bench Cooks this week.
