Todd Gurley, Los Angeles Rams at Pittsburgh Steelers

It’s hard to imagine that Gurley is only seeing flex consideration these days but he has not received more than 18 carries in a single game and he’s rushed for over 51 yards twice in seven games. His one saving grace is that he had back-to-back games in Weeks 4 and 5 where he scored two touchdowns in each game. Now owners are chasing those games and that’s not necessarily happening again.

Pittsburgh will not be an easy game for the Rams’ backs. They sit in the middle of the league as far as run defense goes, but since Week 4 have allowed just one back to reach double-digit fantasy points. Still, Gurley gets enough volume to justify the flex start, just keep your fingers crossed that he gets into the end zone.
