This is the first big bye week of the 2019 season and it’s a doozy as four teams are on break: Buffalo, Indianapolis, Oakland and Chicago. Many teams have shown who they are, while we’re still waiting to see if others have shown their makeup or if they’ll evolve into something down the road. Either way, Week 6 is an opportunity to keep the momentum going in the right direction.

Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 6 Fantasy Football Quarterbacks to Start.

Kyle Allen, Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay is allowing a whopping average of 336.8 passing yards per game, which is good for the worst in the league. The next team behind them is the Dolphins at 301.5 ypg. The last three quarterbacks to face them combined for eight touchdowns and over 1,100 yards.

Now, the question is, is Allen capable of a game to stand besides these last three games? He’s yet to throw over 300 yards and he’s thrown just one touchdown in the last two games, but those were against above average defenses. Allen may not be QB1 material, but in this bye week where someone may need a fill-in for a week, there are worse options out there.
