The 2019 NFL season is just 3 weeks old and it’s time to start streaming defenses from your fantasy football waiver wire. Unless you own a top-5 defense, you are better off finding the best option each week from your fantasy football waiver wire. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the team defense that is going to help you win your matchup.

Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire team defenses that could help your team in Week 4.

Seattle Seahawks, D/ST

At first glance, a 33-point output by the New Orleans Saints in Week 3 looks bad on the Seahawks’ defense. But one touchdown came on a punt return, and another came on a fumble return, so Seattle only allowed 20 offensive points in the game even if 27 points can technically be charged to the D/ST. One sack in their last two games is a concern, but this unit gets a get-right opportunity in Week 4.

Kyler Murray topped 300 yards in each of his first two games, with some nod to volume and trailing in games. But that volume (43 attempts) translated to just 173 yards (4.0 yards per attempt) in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, as he had multiple turnover-worthy passes and took eight sacks.

Seattle’s defense tends to be a notch or two better at home, and next Sunday’s game is in Arizona. But the matchup is too enticing to ignore, as Murray tries to survive behind a bad offensive line
